Drag vs. drift
Drifting is an art that originated in the mountains of japan, just gliding your car. drift is all about torque and top speed. When drifting is more about style and angle. Both take a trmendious ammount of skill. Both break parts and banks. The funny thing is how the HP in both vehicles are very very high. But each person knows how to control it and power out!!!! I prefer drifting ,

LS1 vs. sr20det
The Ls1 or 428 small block has many many advantages over the 4 cylinder SR. One is its unbelievable torque and output. But, for the SR it has unbeleivable high RPM output. The LS1 comes out of the showroom with 345 HP and 350 LBF.FT, it was used in the comaro and the corvettte from 97 to 2004. But, people are swapping them into cars like the rx7 or 240sx for drifting or drag purposes. Now the sr20det is a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder turbo. It is a motor that is usually put into the 240sx. With its high rpm output it is a good choice ,but the ls1 just has that unbeatable torque.

The Mitsubishi lancer evolution has many unique features like its SAYC which is super active yaw control. it has a 4g63 motor as with the impreza has the ej257 boxer. Now when it comes to roads with tough obstacles the evo is the way to go, the SAYC powers through it and at times can literally be one wheel drive. Now when comes to a straight away the ej257 with a t25 turbo is the way to go. Both include 6 speed trannys in the "GSR" and the "STI". The Subaru has a higher quality interior as with t he evo its mostly plastic. In the end the "Grand Sport Rally" and the "Subaru Technica International" are mean machines.
